To be a participating LionCash+ merchant, simply.....

1. Complete the Merchant Application
2. Agree to the terms set forth in the Merchant Agreement
3. Complete the Contract Rider for the Vx570 Terminal*
4. Complete a Substitute W-9
   
5. Mail your completed paperwork along with a voided check to:
   id+ Card Office
   103 HUB-Robeson Center
   University Park, PA 16802

* businesses electing to use the AT3000 must contact the id+ Office, 814-865-7590, to obtain the AT3000 Contract Rider.
