Participation Steps

To be a participating LionCash+ merchant, simply.....

  1. Complete the Merchant Application (pdf)
  2. Agree to the terms set forth in the Merchant Agreement (pdf)
  3. Complete the Contract Rider for the Vx570 Terminal (pdf)*
  4. Complete a Substitute W-9 (pdf)
  5. Mail your completed paperwork along with a voided check to:

    University Park, PA 16802

Businesses electing to use the AT3000 must contact the id+ Office, 814-865-7590, to obtain the AT3000 Contract Rider.
