WITHDRAWAL OF AUTHORIZATION FOR PENN STATE TO SHARE DATA REQUIRED FOR LINKING YOUR id+ CARD TO YOUR PNC BANK ACCOUNTS 1) For Performance and Performance Select accounts there is no charge from PNC Bank for using non-PNC ATMs and we will automatically reimburse other banks' surcharges. For Free Checking accounts, PNC Bank charges apply for use of another financial institution's or ATM operator's ATMs. Additionally, other financial institutions and/or ATM operators may charge for using their ATMs. PNC Bank will reimburse these fees at the end of each statement cycle where the average monthly balance in the Free Checking account is $2000 or more.
