WITHDRAWAL OF AUTHORIZATION FOR PENN STATE TO SHARE DATA REQUIRED FOR LINKING YOUR id+ CARD TO YOUR PNC BANK ACCOUNTS
If you have previously authorized Penn State to share your personal data, required to link your id+ card to your PNC Bank account, you may choose to withdraw that authorization by clicking on this link. You will be prompted to authenticate with your Access Account and password to complete the withdrawal of authorization.

1)  For Performance and Performance Select accounts there is

     no charge from PNC Bank for using non-PNC ATMs and

     we will automatically reimburse other banks' surcharges. 

     For Free Checking accounts, PNC Bank charges apply for

     use of another financial institution's or ATM operator's

     ATMs.  Additionally, other financial institutions and/or ATM

     operators may charge for using their ATMs.  PNC Bank will

     reimburse these fees at the end of each statement cycle

     where the average monthly balance in the Free Checking

     account is $2000 or more.  Fees for savings or money

     market transactions will not be reimbursed regardless of

     account balance.
